Can I visit?
Yes. Schedule a visit, or call or text Robin at (573) 915-1777, and she'll set a time for you to meet the puppy in Fredericktown.
How do I hold a puppy?
A $200 deposit holds the puppy you choose and comes off the puppy's price. It is non-refundable, and you can pay it by Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or credit card. Robin gives you the terms in writing.
Are your puppies registered?
CKC (Continental Kennel Club) registration is available for Standard Poodles and ASDR registration for Mini and Toy Aussies, each for $100 more.
Going home
What does my puppy come with?
A vet check, 2 vaccines, a microchip, worming every 1 to 2 weeks from birth, health records, feeding information, care guidance, and a toy or blanket with the smell of their littermates.
When do puppies go home?
At 8 weeks old.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes, in writing, in the Puppy Purchase Agreement you sign with Robin. For 7 days after your puppy goes home, it is covered against fatal viral diseases, as long as your vet examines it within those 7 days. If the vet finds a problem you weren't told about at the time of sale, call Robin right away and send her the vet's report, and she'll offer a reimbursement or another solution based on what the vet found. If a puppy dies within the 7 days, you arrange and pay for an autopsy by a state veterinary lab. For 1 year from purchase, your puppy is covered against major genetic defects of the heart, lungs, liver or kidneys. With your vet's documentation, you can bring the puppy back for another of equal or lesser value, or receive a full or partial refund, at Robin's discretion and never more than the price you paid. Vet bills are not covered, and neither are low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), colds and upper respiratory infections, coccidia, giardia or other minor illnesses. Robin can't guarantee size, weight, conformation, temperament or breeding ability.
